A simple one page  Rental Agreement

  EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT

 

  This AMA LLC rental Agreement  made this ________________, 20____  between _______________________ (“transit district”) with    a mailing address of _________________________________________, City of _______________________, State of     

        ___________________________________ AND AMA LLC owned by Ralph Hoiland and or William Hoiland, Las Vegas, NV

 

   AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, the Transit District agrees to rent the AMA         monitors from AMA LLC owned by Ralph Hoiland

 

  1. Equipment: AMA LLC agrees to Rent the equipment described below to the Transit District Here in named as                            ____________________________________________: Mailing Address:__________________________________________________

 

     Each unit shall include: One custom 27” Monitor with attached Media Player and all  necessary wiring along with a strong         swing-arm bracket that is lockable for safety reasons and a baseboard holding such bracket with Power converter, and power           cable housing.

 

         The above mentioned property shall be Rented wholly by the Transit District.”.

 

   2. Term: This Agreement shall be considered as a - Month-to-Month rental agreement for a fixed number of years. [ 8,10 or               15  years ] to be agreed to between the parties.

  

   3. Rent: The Transit District  shall pay AMA LLC, in monthly installments of $85 per unit, with a minimum of 10 units per bus.             [20 units is normal.]  {Ten units each side}.  The Rent shall be due on the 1st of every month (“Due Date”) and paid under the           following instructions: Rent starts on the 1st of the month following the receipt of each shipment.

    4. Security Deposit: As part of this Agreement:

         The Transit District is required to make a security deposit in the amount of $250 per unit. This is due to the fact that the AMA             monitors are out of the control of the owner. Payment of the Security Deposit is required by the Transit district upon receiving of           each unit. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the District within 30 days after the end of the rental agreement.  If agreed           on in advance, this deposit could be applied to monthly payments at the end of the rental agreement. AKA the last three [3]             months.

Suggested schedule for delivery

Due to my supply chain schedules, [ 37 different suppliers] as well as the need for you to hire and train a sales force, this is my suggestion:

One bus per day. Five days a week. That amounts to 1,000 units. This also is a large load for the sales people and ad agencies to fill those monitor. 

Should you want a more aggressive schedule I will oblige.
